FY27 Builder QA SMS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is seeking sources for a future IDIQ/MATOC to support the Mobile District’s BUILDER SMS quality assurance program. The work will provide on-site analysis of facilities and data analysis in the BUILDER SMS database, including QA oversight for Facility Condition Assessments, review of assessment plans, validation of BUILDER compliance, and independent field data collection to identify discrepancies. The requirement is for firms experienced with engineering services, secure-space access, and the ability to support task orders across CONUS and OCONUS, with performance at the task order level and a stated capacity to handle up to six task orders simultaneously; the file summary also notes a five-year contract with a total capacity of $9,000,000.
