WHA/EPSC OAS/SAS Support Services

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Global Acquisitions intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for professional support services to facilitate U.S. Government engagement in the Summit of the Americas process. Work will be performed on behalf of the Office of Western Hemisphere Affairs, Office of Regional Economic Policy and Summit Coordination, with deliverables that include technical expertise, meeting logistics, document management, translations, and stakeholder engagement. The twelve-month contract requires deep expertise in the Summit process, and the government intends to negotiate exclusively with the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States, Summit of the Americas Secretariat. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested firms that believe they can meet these requirements may submit written, detailed supporting evidence to Taynelle McCloud at mccloudtl@state.gov.
