Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), is hosting a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Focused Technical Exchange (FTX) on February 26, 2026, in Troy, Michigan. This event aims to discuss the licensing of the Department of War Tactical Microgrid Standard (TMS) compliant PDU, which facilitates the networking of 600 VDC capable sources and loads into a secure microgrid, suitable for both vehicle mounting and ground deployment. The FTX will provide industry partners with insights into the PDU's design and technical data package, while also allowing for direct interaction with GVSC experts to gather feedback for future ground vehicle systems. Registration is free and open to U.S. citizens from January 14, 2026, to February 2, 2026, or until capacity is reached; for more information, interested parties can contact Alycia Stockdale at Alycia.m.stockdale.ctr@army.mil or Rachel Serra at rachel.l.serra.civ@army.mil.
