FLANGE,PIPE

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is seeking sources for the procurement of specialized pipe flanges. This critical shipboard system material must be fabricated in accordance with NAVSHIPS drawing 711-4678207, Item 25, using ASTM-B369 UNS C96400 copper-nickel alloy. Due to the high-consequence nature of the application, the components require extensive quality control measures including Level I traceability, hydrostatic testing, weldability testing, and radiography. Offers will be evaluated using past performance, and final delivery of all materials is required within 365 days of contract award.
