The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, on behalf of the CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorate, has issued a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for camouflage nets and support systems. The scope of work requires the delivery of 72 Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Net Systems and 72 discontinued Camouflage Support Systems to support HIMARS launchers and vehicles under a Foreign Military Sales case for Croatia. This unclassified procurement is subject to the specialty metals restriction of the Berry Amendment, and any interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov. Capability statements, past performance information, and a Rough Order of Magnitude pricing and availability estimate must be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist Emanuel Green at emanuel.e.green3.civ@army.mil by 4:00 p.m. EST on October 12, 2026.
