Q702--Samsung Ultrasound Service Contract

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for a Samsung RS85 Prestige Ultrasound Service Contract at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. This is a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance, support, and repair services for six Samsung RS85 Ultrasound machines, including preventive maintenance, parts, labor, and travel. Services must adhere to OEM specifications, and the vendor must have an approved MOU/ISA for remote support and a current Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for potential access to Protected Health Information (PHI). The contract is anticipated to have a one-year base period with four option years.
