N00164-23-Q-0102 – SOLE SOURCE – VXI CARD AND VOLTMETER – FSG 6625 - NAICS 334515 ISSUE DATE 23 FEB 2023 – CLOSING DATE 01 MARCH 2023 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for VXI Card, p/n: 65CS4- A2210H0-Z000000-N and Phase Angle Voltmeter, p/n: 2250A-N0. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Kampi Components Co., Inc. 88 Canal Road, Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania 19030-4302, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because Kampi Components Co. is the authorized distributer for the OEM. The testing and evaluation intended for these instruments require new unused equipment that is only available for purchase through the OEM. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
