Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for the annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and certification of two FARO Vantage 3DOF Laser Trackers. The selected contractor must utilize an Original Equipment Manufacturer trained and certified technician to perform services, including cleaning, a 15-point check, and tolerance testing, at the contractor’s own facility. Work must be completed within ten working days of equipment receipt, include a one-year calibration warranty, and the contractor must cover return shipping costs back to the government facility in Hawaii. Interested parties must submit their organization details and tailored capability statements via email to Fiona Lynch at fiona.c.lynch.civ@us.navy.mil by 8:00 AM HST on July 15, 2026.
