FARO 3DOF TRACKER VANTAGE SERVICE

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and certification of two FARO Vantage 3DOF Laser Trackers (Serial Numbers: V20001706606 and V20001706607) for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF). The contractor must utilize an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained and certified technician to perform services at the contractor’s facility. Key requirements include cleaning, label replacement, weather module compensations, FARO's 15-point check, and testing to verify the equipment measures within specified tolerances. Any necessary repairs not covered by preventive maintenance require prior approval from the Contracting Officer. Services must be completed within 10 working days of receiving the equipment, and a detailed certification report must be provided within 7 business days of completion. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on calibration, with free re-calibration if the equipment falls out of specification during that period. Additionally, the contractor is required to implement a Quality Control Plan, submit a Property Management Plan prior to award, and cover return shipping costs back to the government facility in Hawaii.
