Environmental Conditioning Testing Chambers - Sources Sought Notice

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is issuing this sources sought notice to identify potential sources for the manufacturing of Thermotron Environmental Conditioning Chambers. The selected contractor will be required to manufacture and deliver the conditioning chambers in accordance with a finalized statement of work that will be released upon issuance of the formal Request for Proposal. The place of performance for this requirement is Indian Head, Maryland, and respondents are encouraged to submit details regarding their past performance, technical and manufacturing capabilities, and safety plans. Interested sources must submit their capability statements, product literature, and business details via email to Patrina Givens at patrina.l.givens.civ@us.navy.mil by September 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
