The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for architect-engineer design services at the Wm S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The work covers architectural and engineering services, including related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design, along with field verification, schematic designs, space plans, construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, shop drawing and submittal review, site visits, punch lists, and construction period services.
