The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking sources for stretcher maintenance services at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The selected contractor will be required to provide comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance services, including all labor, travel, and replacement parts (excluding mattresses), for 125 Stryker Prime stretchers. Technical requirements include utilizing certified Field Service Engineers to perform weekly on-site visits, completing corrective repairs within a 72-hour window, and executing staggered annual preventative maintenance inspections on approximately 10 to 11 stretchers per month.
