The Department of Defense, through the Defense Health Agency (DHA), is seeking potential contractors to provide Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing (NAAT) Molecular Analyzers for the Naval Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. The procurement aims to acquire rapid molecular analyzers capable of conducting tests for infectious diseases, including Influenza A and B, SARS-CoV-2, Group A Strep, and RSV, with specifications for user-friendly, compact benchtop models that are FDA approved and can handle an annual workload of 22,317 tests. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for market research purposes to assess the capabilities of interested vendors, particularly small businesses, and responses are due by March 17, 2025.
