CAD/PAD Impulse Cartridge DoDICS MD65, MD66

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal intends to issue a Request for Proposal for the procurement of Cartridge Actuated Devices and Propellant Actuated Devices impulse cartridges. The contractor will be required to deliver 31,500 CCU-45/B impulse cartridges under Department of Defense Identification Code MD65 and 16,149 CCU-44/B impulse cartridges under Department of Defense Identification Code MD66. Deliverables are subject to first article testing, production lot testing, and contractor data requirements list obligations under FOB origin and destination terms. Because this acquisition contains explosive ordnance items, a pre-award safety survey may be required, and DFARS 252.223-7002 safety precautions apply.
