New Jersey is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (99th RD).The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for Small Businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the US Army Reserves, 99TH Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Ft. Dix, MDL, NJ This solicitation will be for 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside. This award will be a single defintive firm fixed price contract. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to provide the Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in accordance with (IAW) the tasks as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 531390 ?
