Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 6, is seeking proposals to renovate and remodel the Regional Watch Center at the Federal Regional Center in Denton, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials required for a two-phase design-build project, which includes structural modifications, specialized acoustic insulation for secret-level accreditation, spatial reconfigurations, and electrical, HVAC, and security upgrades.
