The Department of Defense Education Activity is seeking OBVSS services for school transportation vehicles in Okinawa, Japan to support the safe transport of students. The work covers installation, removal and reinstallation, preventive and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and related support for onboard video surveillance systems on buses, microbuses, and vans. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, equipment, parts, wiring, conduits, transportation and lodging, provide Windows 11-capable playback software, maintain synchronized audio recording capability, and be authorized by the equipment manufacturer to import, repair, and maintain the hardware and software.
