Gardening Services contract Extension - Letter of Intent

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Tunis, intends to award a sole-source contract extension for gardening services to Sté. Yasmine Garden. This extension, lasting up to four months, is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances that hindered the timely completion of a new solicitation process, ensuring uninterrupted garden maintenance during the critical summer season. Sté. Yasmine Garden has been selected based on its excellent performance over the past five years, and while this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may submit evidence of their capabilities by August 4th, 2025, for market research purposes.
