61--PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is issuing a pre-solicitation for the repair and modification of electrical control panels. The scope of work requires the repair of two control panels under National Stock Number 7R-6110-014473192-KB and part number 713145-2. This sole-source requirement is restricted to the original equipment manufacturer, GE Aviation Systems LLC, as the government does not own the technical drawings or data rights required to utilize other sources. Deliveries are to be made FOB Origin, and unapproved sources seeking to qualify must submit a Source Approval Request, though the procurement will not be delayed for its review.
