Description

Solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Community Nursing Home (CNH) Services in Coffeyville, KS. CNH facilities are required to provide nursing home care that meets the health needs and promotes the well-being of VA patients. The CNH program requires facilities to have current CMS certification and a state nursing home license. VA has developed quality of care standards based on CMS inspection criteria for selecting nursing homes. Specialty care services are often needed in the CNH program.
