This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for the 2nd Marine Division (2DMARDIV) G-6 to modernize audio-visual (A/V) systems in the Division Conference Room, Executive Conference Room, and Auditorium at Camp Lejeune, NC. The selected contractor will provide a turnkey solution encompassing the procurement, physical installation, integration, and testing of upgraded A/V and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment. Key technical requirements include installing a 30,000-lumens projector and sound system in the Auditorium, TAA-compliant Samsung displays and Crestron control systems in the Division Conference Room, and SIPR/NIPR VTC capabilities in the Executive Conference Room. The contractor must also provide system programming, a 90-day workmanship warranty, and a three-year service agreement. Due to the secure nature of the facilities, all on-site contractor personnel must hold active Secret clearances at the time of award and successfully obtain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials or temporary base access passes through Building 818.
