The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Treasury Operations office is seeking information for a subscription service that would provide financial research and analytical data on public and private companies worldwide for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). The subscription must support CFIUS with a commercial off-the-shelf product that aggregates and standardizes company financial, ownership, corporate structure, patent, litigation, M&A, news, and risk data, along with screening and analytical capabilities. The requirement calls for access for 20 named users across 2 concurrent user accounts in Washington, D.C., and emphasizes broad global data coverage, including non-English news sources, sanctions-related risk, and identification of state-owned ownership.
