Pre-Solicitation Notice with Intent to Sole Source Avidity Pressure Reducing Station and Software Upgrades

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Avidity Science, LLC to support the Portland VA Medical Center Research Services. The required work involves servicing the Avidity Pressure Reducing Station and upgrading unsupported software for the facility's existing Avidity watering system. This procurement will replace equipment that has reached the end of its life expectancy and upgrade system software to ensure continued operational capability at the Oregon facility. The contract will feature a one-year base period with four optional years.
