Notice of Intent to Sole Source-General Dynamics Encryptors

DLA Distribution, part of the Department of Defense, intends to award a sole-source contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. for KG175 encryptors in support of DLA Distribution San Joaquin, California. The requirement is for 100 encryptors. The action is being pursued as a sole source under authority 12.102(b), with no set-aside, and the place of performance is Tracy, California.
