Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Boyers Local Phone Service

The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a non-competitive contract to CenturyLink Communications, LLC, d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group, for the provision of Boyers Local Phone Service to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The contract will cover the supply and maintenance of 23 Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines essential for fax communications at facilities located in Boyers and East Butler, Pennsylvania. This service is critical for OPM's operations and communication with customers and partner agencies, particularly given the unique location of the RS Boyers office within the Iron Mountain National Underground Storage facility.
