This Sources Sought Notice (Solicitation Number 36C24526Q0657) is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on behalf of the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center (VAMC). The RFI is for planning and market research purposes to identify qualified vendors capable of providing two (2) Chef’s Combi 102G combi ovens, or equivalent, for a kitchen renovation project (VA Project No. 540-370). The required commercial ovens must meet specific salient characteristics, including 10-level multifunctional cooking capabilities (convection, steam, and combination modes), a capacity for ten full-sheet pans, a 10-inch touchscreen interface, automatic climate and cleaning controls, and ENERGY STAR certification. Interested vendors must submit responses by July 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Submissions must include company details, business size, country of origin, technical literature demonstrating product equivalence, and an authorized distributor letter certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Although not mandatory, vendors may also submit a capabilities statement. No formal solicitation exists at this time, and any future procurement will be announced separately.
