The Department of the Air Force, Space Systems Command, is seeking industry Statements of Capability for the Rocket Systems Launch Program Innovative Delivery of Effects acquisition strategy. This program requires orbital and suborbital launch services, including dedicated and multi-manifest launches, responsive launch capabilities under 24 hours, and mission assurance solutions across commercial and non-commercial mission categories. The scope spans Space Transportation Services procured under a commercial contract vehicle and more complex Space-Related Activities utilizing a non-commercial contract vehicle. To support the upcoming strategy, the government is hosting an Industry Day from September 22 to September 23, 2026, at Kirtland Air Force Base, with RSVPs due by September 15, 2026. Companies must submit their fifteen-page Statements of Capability within seven calendar days of the government posting answers to questions raised during the Industry Day.
