The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting a Sources Sought Notice (36C24726Q0148) to identify potential vendors for a Brand Name or Equal PHOTHERA 4800 PRO MAX phototherapy booth. This is a market research effort to determine the availability of qualified sources, including Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and other small or large businesses, relative to NAICS code 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a 1,000-employee size standard. The phototherapy device must meet specific salient characteristics, including dimensions, at least 48 high-density UV lamps (NBUVB, UVA, or combination), an open-top design for wheelchair access, patient-controlled fans, UV-transmitting lamp shields, and an adjustable treatment platform. The control system must feature at least a 7-inch touchscreen ClearLink Controller with SmartTouch Technology.
