Sources Sought: Cloud Hosting, Provisioning, and Management for Indian Health Service (IHS)

The Department of Health and Human Services, through OMAS for the Indian Health Service, is conducting Buy Indian market research for cloud hosting, provisioning, and management services to support IHS’s effort to establish a Secure Cloud Center of Excellence. The work centers on a GovCloud-based, FedRAMP High infrastructure platform and includes cloud landing zone design, secure enclave provisioning, automation and orchestration, data engineering, Zero Trust implementation, compliance dashboards, secure data vaults, and related stakeholder support. The draft scope describes a one-year effort delivered in three phases—Foundation, Automation, and Transition—and emphasizes U.S.-only operations, CONUS-based infrastructure, U.S. person access to tribal health data, and integrations with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM/XSOAR, Splunk Enterprise Security, and Voltage SecureData.
