The Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg is seeking a parts kit for a 2-inch ball valve. The required kit must contain one titanium ball and two mating graphite-filled urethane seats manufactured in accordance with specific Naval Sea Systems Command drawings. This procurement is designated for special emphasis Level I/SUBSAFE material, requiring a facility security clearance of Confidential or higher, strict material traceability, hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing, and a higher-level quality system conforming to ISO-9001 or MIL-I-45208.
