The Department of Defense’s Golden Dome for America office is seeking commercial solutions through a Commercial Solutions Opening for technology development, deployment, and program support aimed at rapidly fielding homeland defenses against advanced adversary weapons. The effort covers innovative solutions for prototype projects and related services, with the government able to award Other Transaction agreements, follow-on prototype or production arrangements, or FAR-based contracts. Submissions are open to all eligible sources and will be reviewed on a merit-based, technical, or operational basis consistent with 10 U.S.C. §3458, with an emphasis on commercial innovation and rapid acquisition.
