NX EQ Image Guided Surgical Navigation System

This Sources Sought Notice (36C10X26Q0267) is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO) on behalf of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The VA is conducting market research to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources capable of supplying brand name or equal Medtronic Stealthstation Image-Guided Surgical Navigation Systems. The VA intends to award a single, agency-wide, Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must deliver complete image-guided stereotactic systems to VA medical centers nationwide. The scope of work encompasses 79 proposed contract line items (CLINs), including main and camera carts, software (spine, cranial, 3D, and ENT), instrument sets, and O-arm imaging interfaces. Key salient characteristics require a minimum 27-inch touchscreen monitor, real-time 3D image fusion, compatibility with intraoperative MRI/CT/Ultrasound, optical and EM tracking, FDA 510(k) approval, a one-year warranty, and interoperability with the VA Electronic Health Record System.
