The work is to keep the currently installed laboratory analyzers operating under a cost-per-test model by providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, preventive maintenance, corrective service, proprietary reagents, calibrators, controls, consumables, and technical support. Performance must follow OEM specifications and applicable federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements, with no equipment substitution or modification without prior written approval, and the anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
