This pre-solicitation notice (N6264926RA060) announces an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) and the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for ship repair and continuous maintenance services for the United States Navy surface ship USS SHOUP (DDG-86) under the Surface Incremental Availability (SIA) 7C1 BUNDLE #2. The scope of work involves various Task Group Instructions (TGIs), including cleaning, assessing, repairing, and preserving potable water tanks, lubricating oil sump tanks, and intake/exhaust ducts, as well as replacing wire mesh and repairing structural corrosion. All work will be performed onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) in Yokosuka, Japan. The anticipated period of performance is from December 7, 2026, to May 18, 2027. The Government expects to release the RFP on or about July 8, 2026, via SAM.gov.
