Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) Vehicle Study Prototype

The Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S), Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber (EW&C), Product Lead Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) Vehicle Study Prototype. This RFI, published in September 2025, seeks industry input for the design, testing, and delivery of future TIGS variants, specifically focusing on integrated satellite communication systems in both dismounted and vehicle-mounted configurations. The government is interested in solutions where the mission system and installation hardware can be easily transitioned between vehicle integration and transit case configurations for dismounted operations. The RFI requests information on company intent to propose, commerciality of the effort, preferred contracting vehicles (OTA vs. FAR 12), and extensive experience in designing, testing, and prototyping integrated satellite communication systems, integrating government-furnished hardware and software on tactical vehicles, maintaining government publications, and managing classified systems within a SCIF. Responses are due by October 1, 2025, and are limited to 10 pages.
