Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking a Total Small Business Set-Aside for the procurement of HVAC replacement services for Bldg 37 UPS in Parkerfield, Kansas, United States. The service involves removing three existing HVAC units and replacing them with three new equivalent wall-mounted, 5 Ton HVAC units rated for outdoor use. The new units should have a cooling capacity of 55,000 BTUH, an EER of 9.00, and operate at an electrical rating of 460-3 with a frequency of 60 Hz.
