The U.S. Embassy Seoul, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor for the American Diplomacy House Mural Replacement project. The selected contractor will perform mural painting and replacement services, including the application of protective coatings to the artwork. To ensure durability, the embassy requires any utilized anti-graffiti and protective products to meet strict standards for water vapor permeability, accelerated weathering, and anti-graffiti performance, verified by official ASTM test results or Korean Industrial Standards certifications.
