Buffalo National River - HVAC Replacement

The National Park Service, within the Department of the Interior, is seeking HVAC replacement services at Buffalo National River through a small-business set-aside RFQ. The work covers furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace aging HVAC systems at four residences—Woolum, Buffalo Point, Erbie, and Steel Creek—with new higher-efficiency electric heat pump systems, backup heat strips, programmable thermostats, and related reconnections and testing. The project is a firm-fixed-price commercial contract, requires completion within 60 calendar days, and must comply with National Park Service requirements, federal and state electrical codes, and environmental protection guidelines, while proposal evaluation places weight on the technical questionnaire, project approach, relevant experience, and materials offered.
