M82 and M82A1 Percussion Primers

The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, for the Department of the Army, is planning a procurement for M82 and M82A1 percussion primers. The work covers the supply of the two primer items identified by NSN and DODIC, under an acquisition that may result in up to three five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts. The source selection will use best value procedures with fixed-price and economic price adjustment pricing, and the technical data package is limited distribution, with access restricted to offerors registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office; performance is restricted to the United States, its outlying areas, and Canada. The solicitation is expected to be issued electronically on SAM.gov on or about 15 June 2026, with offers due 30 days after issuance as stated in the solicitation, and amendments will also be posted online.
