Rockwell Automation PLC Software Licenses, Hardware Support, and TechConnect Support Renewal
Contract Opportunity Analysis
SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy, is seeking a subcontractor to provide Rockwell Automation PLC software licenses, hardware support, and TechConnect support renewal. The main scope of work requires delivering specific Rockwell Automation products, including standard and legacy PLC hardware support, TechConnect reinstatement, Studio 5000 Legacy Perpetual software maintenance, and RSLogix 500 Standard Edition Perpetual support. Since the procurement is for software licenses, maintenance, and technical support only, no on-site services are permitted under the resulting fixed-price subcontract. Technical evaluation factors will assess support channel response, escalation pathways, authorized caller allocation, knowledge base gating, backward compatibility, and firmware access rights. Price and lead-time quotations must be submitted to Cheryl Stafford at cheryl.stafford@slac.stanford.edu by September 21, 2026.
