Virtual Reality and SimX Training Contract
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, is preparing to issue a presolicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to procure a SimX Virtual Reality Medical Simulation (VRMSS) platform for the 75th Medical Group at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This procurement aims to establish a comprehensive training platform that supports various medical readiness programs, including Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program Training (CMRP), Medic-X, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) tiers 1 through 4, utilizing hardware and software solutions from SimX, Inc. The contract will encompass the provision of Meta Quest 3 headsets, Dell Moderator Laptops, and SimX VALOR VRMSS licenses, along with site setup and training services.
