Maintenance Service Contract for Zeiss LSM 980 /Axio Observer 7 microscope

The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, intends to award a sole-source maintenance contract to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC for the support of a ZEISS LSM 980 / Axio Observer 7 microscope system. The contractor will perform inspection, calibration, and servicing of the microscope system to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and protect the long-term functionality of the shared imaging resource. Work will be performed under an ISO 9001:2015 accredited Quality Management System to guarantee standardized procedures and documented quality controls.
