FY26 NASA AMES RESEARCH CENTER SURVEY

NASA has tasked the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, to support a facility reduction effort at the NASA Ames Research Center by procuring pre-demolition surveys. The work covers environmental sampling of the structures identified in the PWS, including determining ACM and ORM materials, completing waste stream analysis for RCRA 8 metals, lead-based paint, and PCB in paint, and preparing a Pre-Demolition Assessment Report. Sampling and follow-on recommendations must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and laboratory testing and analysis are to be completed within the workdays identified in the PWS after field sampling is finished; the place of performance is 64 Facilities at Moffett Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94035.
