R--Land Market Value and Appraisal Services in Blaine County, Oklahoma

The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, is seeking interested ISBEE or IEE vendors for appraisal and valuation services for 11 tracts of land in Blaine County, Oklahoma. The work is to provide independent market value opinions for individual tracts of Indian-owned fee simple land for potential sale involving the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. The scope calls for 11 separate appraisal reports prepared to USPAP and applicable federal requirements, using the Sales Comparison Approach, by State Certified General Appraisers who will also attend a pre-work meeting. The period of performance includes delivery of the 11 reports within 60 days of award. Responses are limited to four pages and are due by May 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST by email to catherine_mattocks@ibc.doi.gov.
