ABRAXIS MICROCYSTIN ELISA KITS & ABRAXIS SAXITOXIN ELISA KITS

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham, LLC for the procurement of ABRAXIS® Microcystin (ADDA) ELISA test kits and ABRAXIS® Saxitoxin ELISA test kits. These kits are essential for NOAA's harmful algal bloom monitoring program, ensuring standardized data collection across various sampling programs since 2009. The proprietary nature of these kits, which are also utilized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and multiple water treatment plants, necessitates their continued use to maintain data integrity and comparability in the Great Lakes region.
