Modernized Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) & Cost Governance Solution

The Department of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Administration, through its Office Acquisition Management, is seeking market research for a modernized cloud financial operations and cost governance solution. The requirement is for a mature, integrated commercial platform that can address both FinOps cost management and Azure Virtual Desktop management within a single FedRAMP High authorized solution. The RFI is intended to help determine acquisition strategy and assess market capability, including whether the work could support a small business set-aside or a fair opportunity exception, but it is not a request for proposals and does not commit the government to an award. Responses, including negative responses, are due electronically by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on 27 May 2026 and should be emailed to fac.proposal.submission@dea.gov and lindsey.j.clark@dea.gov with the subject line specified in the notice.
