6515--Vascular Instruments-SPS Cincinnati VAMC
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is planning a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order for specialized vascular surgical instruments for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The requirement is for updated Scanlan vascular instrumentation to support Vascular Surgery and Sterile Processing Services, including items such as micro needle holders, micro forceps, specialized scissors, and other proprietary vascular instruments. The instruments must align with the facility’s existing Scanlan platform and Censitrac tracking workflow, using proprietary features such as DIAMOND DUST jaws/tips, Never Shear Dual Guide technology, and Scan-II handles to preserve standardization and clinical performance. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and any response showing clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government must be received by May 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
