Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is seeking Canadian vehicle liability insurance for six Homeland Security Investigations northern border offices. The contractor must provide liability coverage for 175 vehicles operating across all Canadian provinces and territories, including coverage when the driver is unknown. The procurement will result in a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period starting September 23, 2026, and four subsequent 12-month option periods. Evaluation will be conducted on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis evaluating technical approach and price.
