NIWC Pacific Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, is inviting proposals for its Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) aimed at acquiring innovative commercial technologies that enhance the capabilities of the U.S. Navy and joint warfighters. The CSO seeks solutions that align with three key warfighting pillars: Warfighting Capability and Mission Execution, The Resilient Information Backbone, and Capability Development and Mission Assurance, with the goal of accelerating the acquisition and fielding of advanced solutions. Proposals will be evaluated based on their individual merits, and successful vendors may receive FAR-based fixed-price contracts or Other Transaction agreements for prototypes.
