Microwave Network Analyzer

This Sources Sought Notice (Notice ID: NB305000-26-01457) is issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to conduct market research for a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order of a microwave network analyzer system. The required equipment will support the Guided Wave Electromagnetics Group within the Communications Technology Laboratory in measuring traceable complex permittivity up to 330 GHz for the NIST CHIPS program. The scope of work requires the delivery of three primary components (or equivalents) with FOB Destination terms: 1. One Keysight Model N5227B 10 MHz to 67 GHz PNA Network Analyzer, featuring 4 ports, dual sources, direct digital synthesis, and internal bias tees. 2. One WR6.5 Mini VNAX Module from VDI (Keysight Model N5262BW06) with internal attenuators, a calibration kit, and a 1.2-meter cable set. 3. One Millimeter Wave Test Controller (Keysight Model N5292A) featuring a 4-port test set and a cable adapter. This notice is for market research only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Responses must not contain proprietary information and must demonstrate how the technical specifications will be met using brochures, manuals, or other technical data.
