Microwave Network Analyzer
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Commerce's National Institute of Standards and Technology is conducting market research to procure a commercial, firm-fixed-price microwave network analyzer system. This system will support the Guided Wave Electromagnetics Group within the Communications Technology Laboratory in measuring traceable complex permittivity up to 330 GHz for the NIST CHIPS program. Deliverables consist of three primary components, including a Keysight 10 MHz to 67 GHz PNA Network Analyzer, a WR6.5 Mini VNAX Module from VDI with calibration and cable kits, and a Keysight Millimeter Wave Test Controller with FOB Destination shipping terms. Interested parties must submit capability packages demonstrating how their equipment meets the technical specifications without including proprietary information. Questions must be emailed to Ranae Armstrong and Don Collie by July 14, 2026, and final responses are due via email by July 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM ET.
