Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army’s MICC-Fort Belvoir is conducting a sources sought notice for Arlington National Cemetery Office of the Chief Information Officer Cemetery Enterprise Application Support services for the Army National Military Cemeteries and Office of Army Cemeteries. The work calls for non-personal program management, change management, governance, enterprise architecture, and operations and maintenance support for evolving cemetery cloud applications and related business systems, rather than software development. The effort is planned for Fort Myer, Virginia, and the draft PWS identifies a base year with three option years, with key capabilities including support for AWS cloud migration, Department of War ATO processes, quality control, and compliance requirements. Capability package responses are due by email no later than 22 June 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time to Amber Peeples, with a courtesy copy to David Gecewicz, and submissions are limited to five pages.
