Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army’s Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir is conducting a sources sought for Arlington National Cemetery Office of the Chief Information Officer Cemetery Enterprise Application Support services for FY27. The effort is for non-personal support covering program management, change management, governance, and enterprise architecture support for the cemetery enterprise application environment. The work includes managing evolving cloud applications, supporting operations and maintenance planning, overseeing IT systems development and operations, and aligning the effort with Army cemeteries business systems; the draft scope also calls for AWS cloud migration experience and Department of War Authority to Operate support, with a base year and three option years at Fort Myer, Virginia. This is a small-business market research effort aimed at 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone firms, and responses are due by email to Amber Peeples with a copy to David Gecewicz no later than May 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern, with capability packages limited to five pages and no phone calls accepted.
